1. When Can You Return a Product?
You can return a product if:
- It’s damaged or defective when it arrives.
- It’s not as described on the website (wrong color, size, etc.).
- You received the wrong product or some parts are missing.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Products That Can’t Be Returned
Some items can't be returned, as per our policy and consumer laws:
- Customized or Personalized Products (things made just for you).
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Used or washed products, including artificial earrings for hygiene reasons (unless they’re defective or incorrect).
3. Size-Related Returns
We don’t accept returns based on size complaints if the size was clearly mentioned on the product page. Please make sure to check the size or dimensions before purchasing.
However, if the size is different from what was described, please send us a photo showing the difference, and we’ll look into it.
4. How to Return a Product

Once we get your return request, we will review it within 48 hours and either arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back to us. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Policy
We will issue a refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer, based on your choice.
- Refund processing time: Refunds will be completed within 7-10 business days after we approve your return. You’ll get a notification once it’s done.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges if the product is defective or incorrect, subject to availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund instead.
7. Cancelling an Order or Non-Delivery Refunds
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the estimated time, you can cancel it and request a refund. Refunds for undelivered items will be processed within 5-7 business days after you cancel the order.
8. Customer Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if we experience abusive behavior from the customer. We believe in treating everyone with respect.
